We found termites in the garden and called a few, however pink services were the only ones willing to come out and give us a free quote. Daniel came out the next day, he is a lovely person, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, down to earth and professional. He has 16 years dealing with termites, was on time and very efficient with the work he did in putting the system in. Feel really safe and very happy knowing pink are looking after our home. Very impressed with the service provided by Pink Services, pest management. From the time of my initial inquiry, Pink helped identify that I had cloths moths throughout my home. They were very knowledgeable with their products, in particular with preventing harm to our beehives on site. They returned my communication in a timely manner. On the day the Technetium was very professional and clarified all my questions. Prior to treatment, he inspected areas of concern in the house and explained the treatments. After care was excellent too. I was advised how to prevent further infestations. He also identified carpet bugs and showed me (these were treated too). I live in the ACT area and highly recommend PINK!

We uncovered a termite infestation over the weekend and gave Pink a call on the Monday morning they were very understanding and willing to send someone out as soon as possible. Rik the Director came out to have a look at the place he was so professional and knowledgeable, he was able to identify what kind of termites we have and he was able to show us exactly where in the house they were with his thermal imaging device. He gave us all the information we needed and was able to explain the treatment plans available and most suitable. After having Rik here it has given us peace of mind that we have chosen such a reputable and knowledgeable company to carry out treatment. Thank you!!

My husband and I installed termite baiting stations over a year ago and Daniel has been so thorough in managing not only termites, however also keeping our home clear of any nasties...especially as I have a huge phobia to crawly insects.We live in quite a leafy suburb and at our last visit, Daniel found 2 active stations around the perimeter of our house. He now comes back regularly to ensure They are controlled and we don’t see them enter the home in any way. I have used Pink Pest Services for 15 years with great success. I recently called them out and gave my credit card to their serviceman so that he could take my details for payment.In the following week I received two messages to say that payment would not go through, but unfortunately, as I was away, I could not retrieve them.On my return I answered my phone, to be greeted by an unpleasant and extremely rude woman demanding payment. I apologised, although the fault was entirely on their side, as my card details had been taken down incorrectly. She then hung up on me.I am sure there are many other good pest control companies out there, with courteous phone receptionists.I shall be using a different one from now on.

I contacted pink in a state of panic as I had a swarm of wasps congregating around the only entry and exit of my home . They came to my rescue that very day ! It is to be noted that the manager volunteered to come as there was no available service men in the area available on such short notice . They subsequently came on a further 2 occasions as the wasps refused to leave. Well done all , the receptionist the manager and service men all were so very helpful, professional and friendly.

Hi.. The reason for my 2 star rating is that I paid extra for an ant service and was told it would be treated outside but I'm confident this was done.. The technician who completed the inside of my property did a great job but unfortunately the two who came on a later date seemed to only spray for what seems to be spiders only. I have ants still crawling over my dining room table and front window sill .. I can only assume that the correct treatment was not completed outside. The two technicians were at my property for no more then 15min.

I called Pink after finding termites in our bathroom. I spoke to Melissa and she was very helpful and arranged an appointment the same afternoon. Rik came out and and he was incredibly professional and explained my options very clearly. We got another quote from another company to compare, but there was no comparison. Pinks price was better and much better value for money in terms of service. Daniel installed my termite system and killed the termites and now monitors my property for ongoing protection. Very professional and down to earth company and I would not hesitate to recommend their service.

From the first phone call through to the service itself - professional and friendly all the way. Great price and excellent same day service when I needed it! I discovered a rat in my apartment and was extremely distressed. The ladies on the phone were lovely and had a man was at my house by lunchtime! He was extremely calm, professional and empathetic to my distress. He was able to clearly explain just what I should and should not be concerned about and left me feeling confident that the issue was well handled. These people are cowboys and rip off artists. They offer a money back guarantee to eliminate termites, then you find the fine print makes it impossible to claim. Now, after paying them $3000, they are threatening to remove the traps they installed unless we keep paying them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
