The service and care offered by Pink Pest Services was exceptional. Three days before my house was due to go to auction active termites were discovered. Two days before auction I called PPS. They pulled out all the stops and had the termite treatment installed prior to auction even though they were booked out. They calmed my panic, cleaned up after and even messaged after the auction to check on the outcome - which was successful and above the reserve. Their professionalism calmed prospective buyers as well as me. Thank you Thank you

I have used Pink Pest Services for 15 years with great success. I recently called them out and gave my credit card to their serviceman so that he could take my details for payment. In the following week I received two messages to say that payment would not go through, but unfortunately, as I was away, I could not retrieve them. On my return I answered my phone, to be greeted by an unpleasant and extremely rude woman demanding payment. I apologised, although the fault was entirely on their side, as my card details had been taken down incorrectly. She then hung up on me.I am sure there are many other good pest control companies out there, with courteous phone receptionists.I shall be using a different one from now on.

Excellent service. I really needed pest control done within a couple of days. Pink were booked out but they managed to fit me in and was so very grateful. Daniel was on time and texted me before he arrived.He was genuine, professional and very knowledgeable about his job. He encouraged to call if we had any further issues . Very good service from him so thankyou . Customer services Lisa was also very helpful when I contacted pink online. . Pink are the best and would highly recommend them for residential or businesses. I contacted pink in a state of panic as I had a swarm of wasps congregating around the only entry and exit of my home . They came to my rescue that very day ! It is to be noted that the manager volunteered to come as there was no available service men in the area available on such short notice . They subsequently came on a further 2 occasions as the wasps refused to leave. Well done all , the receptionist the manager and service men all were so very helpful, professional and friendly.

Hi.. The reason for my 2 star rating is that I paid extra for an ant service and was told it would be treated outside but I'm confident this was done.. The technician who completed the inside of my property did a great job but unfortunately the two who came on a later date seemed to only spray for what seems to be spiders only. I have ants still crawling over my dining room table and front window sill .. I can only assume that the correct treatment was not completed outside. The two technicians were at my property for no more then 15min.

I called Pink after finding termites in our bathroom. I spoke to Melissa and she was very helpful and arranged an appointment the same afternoon. Rik came out and and he was incredibly professional and explained my options very clearly. We got another quote from another company to compare, but there was no comparison. Pinks price was better and much better value for money in terms of service. Daniel installed my termite system and killed the termites and now monitors my property for ongoing protection. Very professional and down to earth company and I would not hesitate to recommend their service.

From the first phone call through to the service itself - professional and friendly all the way. We had lots of cockroaches around and some spiders etc. Pink had a great package which covered these creepy crawlies and a great warranty for peace of mind, something the other places i called couldn't offer - ill definitely be using them again.

Great price and excellent same day service when I needed it! I discovered a rat in my apartment and was extremely distressed. The ladies on the phone were lovely and had a man was at my house by lunchtime! He was extremely calm, professional and empathetic to my distress. He was able to clearly explain just what I should and should not be concerned about and left me feeling confident that the issue was well handled. He also provided advice for the strata management and discount letters for my neighbours. Top rate service.

These people are cowboys and rip off artists. They offer a money back guarantee to eliminate termites, then you find the fine print makes it impossible to claim. Now, after paying them $3000, they are threatening to remove the traps they installed unless we keep paying them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
