All employees are knowledgeable, efficient, reliable and friendly. Technicians advise in advance of expected arrival time and are punctual and considerate. I have used this company for a number of years when I first contacted them for a general pest inspection. Unfortunately or fortunately they located a small nest of termites in one of my garden beds. I had them treated and as a precaution I have regular inspections. I have always found the staff to be very efficient and helpful and would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

This is my first time getting services from Pink, I was allocated Tim in Canberra and I couldn't be happier ! Tim was professional, punctual and an all round friendly person!Tim did a good walk around of the entire house, looking and showing me any potential entry points for pesky mice and rats. Made sure he explained the traps that would be in place and all the services I can receive in future. I had a really positive experience with Pink Pest Control. Tim was nice and professional and was also able to come at short notice. He explained everything as he went and answered all my questions. The fact these guys were very competitively priced and offer a 12 month warranty was also a major selling point. I hadn't found any other companies offering more than 6 months warranty.

I suspected termite infestation in my house and called these guys for a quote.Rik came along with his equipments and checked the area. I was amazed to know that the problem was not due to termite but due to something else.I had few other people from other businesses who quoted me without even bothering to look at it.Rik was honest enough to tell me that the problem was something else.It is very hard to find honest people especially in this industry. These people are honest and competent in their job. Highly recommended for anyone looking for termite treatment.

I rang Pink and they came out to see me and assured me that this was a very simple and vanilla case of termite attack and i had nothing to worry about and the treatment took place.Since the first treatment every 6-8 months we have found the termites in a new section of the house they have worked there way through the house. Each time i contact and a treatment occurs i am told that the termites are merely stragglers and they will not return. I am sold a story how my case is 1 in 10 million and each time they return. They even bought 2 colleagues out on separate occasions. On one occasion the technician declared there wasn't termites in the wall i insisted he drill a hole to which he refused i then said i will bear all responsibility for the damage the drilling does and once he drilled the termites came out leaving him lost for words , Even received documentation Declaring the treatment was successful and no signs of termites , for All the positive and long winded reassurance given about the product being used. Since the initial treatment we have constantly been reassured and had numerous visits and continue to discover termites in the house. I feel extremely let down and lost all trust in this organisation. i don't believe ill receive a satisfactory result as the Warranty and strong declaration each time declaring they have fixed the problems leads to so much hurt and heartbreak every time we discover more termites. DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE WE DID. House is your biggest asset, don't put your trust in this organisation for pest control

Had the termite barrier system installed. Amazing customer service from everyone I spoke to, friendly and professional. From inspection to installation everyone took the time to explain everything in detail and answer all our questions. Mark was the technician who installed the barrier system for us and he arrived 8am on the dot as advised and we are very happy with the quality of work. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We found termites in the garden and called a few, however pink services were the only ones willing to come out and give us a free quote. Daniel came out the next day, he is a lovely person, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, down to earth and professional. He has 16 years dealing with termites, was on time and very efficient with the work he did in putting the system in. Feel really safe and very happy knowing pink are looking after our home. Very impressed with the service provided by Pink Services, pest management. From the time of my initial inquiry, Pink helped identify that I had cloths moths throughout my home. They were very knowledgeable with their products, in particular with preventing harm to our beehives on site. They returned my communication in a timely manner. On the day the Technetium was very professional and clarified all my questions. Prior to treatment, he inspected areas of concern in the house and explained the treatments. After care was excellent too. I was advised how to prevent further infestations. He also identified carpet bugs and showed me (these were treated too). I live in the ACT area and highly recommend PINK!

I sought quotes from a number of pest compan, and Pink was only one of two that bothered to respond! Tim’s pre-appointment communication was great, and he arrived on time. Tim was cheerful, and professional, and checked that the treatment he was going to provide would meet my needs. The treatment was quick and convenient; I only needed to leave the house for a short period of time. The treatment was good value for money.
