We uncovered a termite infestation over the weekend and gave Pink a call on the Monday morning they were very understanding and willing to send someone out as soon as possible. Rik the Director came out to have a look at the place he was so professional and knowledgeable, he was able to identify what kind of termites we have and he was able to show us exactly where in the house they were with his thermal imaging device. He gave us all the information we needed and was able to explain the treatment plans available and most suitable. After having Rik here it has given us peace of mind that we have chosen such a reputable and knowledgeable company to carry out treatment. Thank you!!

Just saw in the net and asked them for termite inspection. They used the latest digital technology to get the inspection done. More importantly he did explain how termites spread and the conditions at which they occur. In all excellent service.

My husband and I installed termite baiting stations over a year ago and Daniel has been so thorough in managing not only termites, however also keeping our home clear of any nasties...especially as I have a huge phobia to crawly insects.We live in quite a leafy suburb and at our last visit, Daniel found 2 active stations around the perimeter of our house. He now comes back regularly to ensure They are controlled and we don’t see them enter the home in any way. I was reluctant to invest in an annual subscription, however after my husband convinced me, I now understand the importance of it and we now renew without hesitation!Thanks Daniel for being so thorough and ensuring we don’t have to stress about what might happen!

The guys from Pink were really accomodating with when I was available to do the inspection & subsequent treatment. The comprehensive service that they provided was exactly what I was after. They explained what the service entailed and were able to answer all of the questions that I had. Effectiveness of the treatment for the insects in particular was surprising quick.
